{2012} "What __________ looks like"

What his science fair project looks like!  If there is one school project I absolutely cannot stand, it is the science fair!  I don't know what it is about science fair, but I seriously get this "angry" knot in my stomach when February rolls around and I know that at least one of my kids will have to do a science fair project.  Actually, I have counted them up, and just in the years at NPA, I will get to help my kids complete a total of 14 science fair projects.  I can handle just about anything else (and the things I don't think I can handle I assign to TJ), but science fair puts me over the edge every year!   At least we had some yummy popcorn to eat when we were done this time - instead of moldy bread or dead plants!  Anyway, Canyon had to present his project this week, and I loved the way he shared his information with so much enthusiasm. 

In case any of you are wondering, it makes NO difference in the amount of kernels that pop if you heat, or freeze your popcorn kernels.  At least, in our scientific kitchen it made no difference!
